zk_learners is incorrectly referenced as zk_followers

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZOOKEEPER-3117 renamed the `zk_followers` metric to `zk_learners`, but some references to `zk_followers` remained in the repo, including in the documentation. These should be corrected.
