Improve the error message when message goes above jute.maxbufer size

When I hit the jute.maxbuffer size, I get a pretty bland error message that doesn't help me much.

java.io.IOException: Len error 1048648

It would be helpful to get more information about the command that produced the error, the client that executed the command, etc...
