Configuration for IP address (zookeeper.server.ip=) should be introduced and zookeeper server should bind to that particular IP only not to all IPs of the system

Configuration for IP address (zookeeper.server.ip=) should be introduced and zookeeper server should bind to that particular IP only not to all IPs of the system. As of now zookeeper is binding to 0.0.0.0 (all IPs - 127.0.0.1, IPv4, IPv6) of the system.
