Clarify what versions are supported

Currently, it is not clear from https://zeppelin.apache.org/download.html whether 0.9 and 0.8 are still supported (and thus expected to receive security updates), or that they are end-of-life.

Could we add a note specifying for which versions users can expect to receive security updates?
