    Description

      Currently we have a rather simple plugin manager (https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/blob/119b4f26e2a4dbdc54887e63df8a6b4c9db83038/zeppelin-zengine/src/main/java/org/apache/zeppelin/plugin/PluginManager.java). This is not really suitable to clean zeppelin-zengine from many dependencies with too many excludes and to outsource the code to plugins.
