PersonalizedMode switch to "false" after import a note

User wants to import note in .zpln format from local machine. Value "personalizedMode" is set on true in our original .zpln file as shown in the following image:

However after uploading the file the value of personalizedMode is automatically overwritten to "false" and the user must manually change this property.

It is a big issue because only owner of the note can change this property. It prevents normal users from working independently in personal mode.
