Error Message for K8s Launcher and Pending Status Improvement

At the moment the error message of K8s launcher is always "null", we should improve this message to give the user an indication why the start of the interpreter pod failed.

Sometimes downloading the image layers can take a long time. We should deactivate the timeout handling during the pod phase "pending".
