Switch for enabling Spark REPL output for each paragraph

It would be very helpful if Spark REPL output could be switched on and off on a more granular, ideally per-paragraph basis. When designing a more complex dashboard, you need REPL output for the paragraph you are currently working on, but you don't want it for all the other cells which are already complete.
