Zeppelin 0.7.3 gives Method appUIAddress([]) does not exist error with Spark2.3

Hi Team,

we are intermittenly getting below error on zeppelin. The major issue is that we are not able to replicate the same issue on lower environments with same version of zeppelin and livy.
