was not able to run server on 0.8.1 in windows

I was not able to run the Zeppelin 0.8.1 on windows 10. Tried to google and make some changes but none of the settings worked. I do not get any error, after running zeppelin.cmd, the cmd prompt goes to the next line. This problem is not present in the older version.
