Login Mike and mike messes with notbook ownership

    Description

      I have zeppelin authentication setup to use AD. Zeppelin lets me sign in as mpechner or Mpechner.
      From the perspective of notebook ownership, it treats mpechner and Mpechner as 2 different users. So depending on how I login, mpechner or Mpechner, I will not see notebooks I created under the other login. Which according to the Microsoft AD server is the same user.

      Is there a setting I missed, or is this a bug in handling case sensitivity of users.
