Enable Helium Visualizations to have configuration like the spell

Perhaps this is possible already but I cannot figure it out.

I want to allow the user to supply a configuration value when they enable a helium visualization module.
I want to allow the user to pick the tile server they want to use for the volume-leaflet module.
