Minor Description
When I was using the enable-Helium-plugin REST API, I noticed a bug.
Specifically, "artifact" parameter is empty (not null) when sending command
curl -X POST http://localhost:8080/api/helium/enable/{packageName}
This causes a bug down the line, where the code does not pick up the correct package.
After fixing this issue, I noticed the documentation didn't reflect the REST API at all. I fixed this.
Also, noticed missing info messages as well as missing try/catch exceptions on REST API code. I have fixed that as well.
