Some test matrix on Travis often exceeds time limits (50min)

Currently, we have 9 matrix on travis CI.

2nd,3rd one usually takes around 45min and often exceeds limit. (50min).

And as we add more test, test time will increase and we'll more likely see test failing because of time limit.

So it's better split test into other test matrix.
