On creation of Bar graph zeppelin UI shows it as mini graph

Scenario:

• Run a spark2.sql query to generate a Bar graph.
• Run the paragraph.

when Paragraph finishes, it shows a very small bar graph on notebook. ( On page refresh, it scales up properly but on 1st attempt, it will show it very small )
