yetus-maven-plugin build helper adds source files, not dirs

The mavens source plugin throws a tantrum during mvn install -Papache-release because the build-helper-maven-plugin source area is supposed to be a directory, not files. I'm pretty sure there was a reason I did it this way, but doing a build now seems to work? So changing the ref to be a directory.
