TIS-620 encoding causes exception

An XML document with the Thai character encoding "TIS-620" causes the following fatal error: "An exception occurred! Type:TranscodingException, Message:Could not create a converter for encoding: TIS-620". When the document is resubmitted to the parser using "ISO-8859-11" instead, it works fine.

The error was coming from a class that uses xercesc/sax2/DefaultHandler.hpp as its base class.
