Cannot find com.opensymphony.xwork2.util.LocalizedTextUtil

    Description

      When removing xwork-core.jar in Struts-2.5.14.1, the json-plugin-2.5.14 does not work. It cannot find com.opensymphony.xwork2.util.LocalizedTextUtil.
