Wookie reordering script tags

This issue relates to Wookie-42, but the behavior is the same regardless of whether self-closing tags are used.

Here is an example:

1. <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.google.com/jsapi"></script>
2. <script type="text/javascript">
3. google.load("dojo", "1.4.1");
4. </script>

Wookie/HTMLCleaner reorders the tags such that the external source (line 1) is rewritten to appear after the statements in lines 2-4. This results in an error because the statement in line 3 depends on prior loading of the script in line 1.

Is there a way to switch off HTMLCleaner temporarily until this is resolved.
