AbstractDefaultAjaxBehavior.getCallbackFunctionBody uses jQuery.extend

Wicket components should not rely on jQuery. jQuery.extend should be made available through the Wicket JS api and AbstractDefaultAjaxBehavior.getCallbackFunctionBody should use that.
