<*!*> Develop a manager webapp for Tuscany Tomcat embedded runtime

The goal of this project is to create a new web application for managing the Apache Tuscany runtime thats embedded in Apache Tomcat. Tomcat already has a simple Java web application for managing its web applications so you could take that source as the starting point and and update it to support using SCA contributions instead of JEE webapps. Using that existing application as a starting point should enable you to to make a lot of progress quite quickly and end up with something that is demonstrably useful in the short timeframe of this GSOC project.
