Description
The documentation on http://trafficserver.apache.org/docs/v2/admin/files.htm#records.config tells:
proxy.config.http.insert_response_via_str
You can specify one of the following:
0 = no extra information is added to the string.
1 = all extra information is added.
2 = some extra information is added.
However changing the value does not really seem to affect verbosity of the reponse header. Apparently 1/0 only triggers "on" or "off" respectively. Instead, there seems to be an undocumented setting called proxy.config.http.verbose_via_str which seems affect the verbosity of the request/response header.
This holds likewise for proxy.config.http.insert_request_via_str.
So, either:
- restore the old behavior which changed the verbosity depending on the value of the insert_response/request_via_str
- update the docs reflecting the new situation
