Enable the EJB ServerServlet to be used by the client when secured by Tomcat

Using `tomee.remote.support = true` causes the tomee/ejb endpoint to be deployed to every connector. This might be undesirable, and TomEE users may wish to expose this endpoint differently, and can do so by providing an application that exposes the ServerServlet and secures it as they wish.

It would be useful to provide a mechanism to enable the OpenEJB client to manipulate the request (for example to provide HTTP headers).
