Fix erroneous characters in Documentation

The /docs/documentation.adoc file has some erroneous characters that are not well interpreted by asciidoc. The output file confuses to newbie users. 

Fix the document syntax to follow the asciidoc directives at https://powerman.name/doc/asciidoc
