Incorrect formatting on Spring and OpenEJB 3.0 page

On the Spring and OpenEJB 3.0 page (docs/spring-and-openejb-3.0.html), there is some invalid formatting with the "Note" at the top of the page, and also the "Note" at the bottom of the page.
