GraphBinary: Wrap Buffer API

As discussed on the mailing list, we should wrap Netty's ByteBuf and expose our own Buffer interface in the GraphBinary public API, exposing the same readX() and writeX() methods of ByteBuf.

This change allows us to move GraphBinary serialization to gremlin-core, simplifying dependency management for integrators.
