Default Java based driver and server operations to GraphBinary and remove Gryo

Gyro was deprecated on TINKERPOP-2250 for 3.4.0. Remove configurations that still make use of it. It will be still be possible for users to configure Gryo back in. It just won't be there as a default option anymore.
