    Description

      When attempting to upgrade TIKA over in OODT, I noticed that the hyerlink for the https://freedesktop.org/wiki/Specifications/shared-mime-info-spec/ is broken in MimeTypesReader.java.
      This issue will simply update the hyperlink.
