go: Add THeaderTransforms to TConfiguration

Currently when creating a THeaderProtocol client, there's no easy way to add transforms (the only currently supported transform is zlib compression) to the transport (all the APIs are buried deep). Adding this to TConfiguration will make it much easier for clients to enable zlib compression when needed.
