Replace some removed functions with new counterparts

Some Erlang functions, like, `erlang:get_stacktrace/0`, `ssl:ssl_accept/2`, `disk_log:lclose/1` are deprecated and will be unavailable in new releases.

It should be replaced with new counterparts or other language tools.

NOTE: This leads to update minimal supported Erlang version to at last oldest supported one, at the time it's Erlang 23, current is Erlang 25.
