More detailed error information for WinHTTP transport

The WinHTTP transport method CreateRequest() needs more detailed error information. Otherwise it is pretty hard to guess at which step exactly the problem arises. Additionally, the method should wrap any non-Thrift-Exception into TTransportException. Furthermore, the error codes retrieved via GetLastError should be enriched by a textual representation of the error code.
