TMultiplexedProcessor is not fully tested or implemented in Python

A couple issues that need to be resolved:

1. The TMultiplexedProcessor does not have a defaultProcessor for backwards compatibility. It is very easy to add this. We cannot add this without a test, however, and found:
2. The python TestServer for the cross test does not implement multiplexed at all.
