TFramedTransport's writeBuffer_ may cause the client OOM

In our application, using the Client connection pool, in the process of use, the writeBuffer TFramedTransport‘s write buffer default is 1024,but when the wrire data is more than 1024,then buffer can be widening and can not be reduced.Cause the client out of memory.
