    Description

      I'll include this to test/ThriftTest.thrift comment along with the cross test spec.
      The plan is to change 'TException' handling spec so that

      • server side throws the languages' arbitrary runtime error
      • client side expects TApplicationException (> TException)

      The test code changes should not be that large this way.
