    Description

      We need common ssl certificates within test/ or test/ssl/
      to simplify cross language tests.

      today we have this:
      ./test/py/test_cert.pem

      some test code uses:

      • trusted-ca-certificate.pem
      • server-certificate.pem
      • server-private-key.pem
