Delete should preserve attributes

Phoenix sets an attribute on mutations that is used to determine whether or not handle index updates via a coprocessor.
This attribute is not preserved by tephra when it converts delete in TransactionAwareHTable.transactionalizeAction(Delete delete) and TransactionProcessor.preDelete()
