Assigning servers to Delivery services doesn't work in TP

In Traffic Portal, if I create a new DS and try to assign servers to it, the servers are not assigned to the DS. I don't get an error, but the servers are not assigned. The workaround is to go to Traffic Ops and assign the servers there.
