Import Profile may create parameters duplications

I had an ops server, loaded with the default profiles as published in the web-site.
I tried to had an exported old ATS 5.3 profile as well.
It then created a situation where I have 2 parameters with the same "name, file, value" set.
If for example I delete one of them, the other is deleted as well...
