Mid header rewrite in Traffic Ops breaks if mid cache profile changed

If you have mid header rewrite rules set for a DS, when you configure the rule it adds a config file "location" to the Parameters table associated with that mid profile. If you change the mid profile afterwards, the "location" parameter is not moved, and so mid header rewrite breaks.
