Export/Import delivery service

Feature Request, low priority.

I'd like to be able to export/import delivery services so I can take an entire delivery service from production into an alternate environment for testing. It'd also need to be able to prompt you at import time for the config components that don't line up between environments (if your profile doesnt exist, select a new one, select new servers/cache groups for the DS to be on).
