Clustermanager messages: Include the host when getting a vmUpdate from unknow instanceID

Occasionally, a vm, when destroyed from the client, doesn't get destroyed on the host. The nodemanager will report the vm existence but the clustermanager doesn't know about it. Clustermanager should report the host the vm is running so one could fix the problem.
