Description
CoreBehaviorsTests.exception_report() tests for an error message in English: The element type "t:foobar" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "</t:foobar>"
The language the message is displayed in depends on the JVM's user language configuration. Test failure can be avoided by explicitly configuring the test runner JVM to use English.
