Report file names for parameterized, parallelized test suite don't include test suite class

If you have a parameterized test and run it in parallel (i.e. set <parallel>methods</parallel>), the surefire report file names do not include the test suite class name. Instead, they are named based on the name attribute of the Parameters annotation.
