Enable the Debug action of the topology by bypassing the configur file through the webapp interface

    If I want to turn on the Debug action of topology, I need to set topology.eventlogger.executors > 0 in the Nimbus configuration file.Refer to the figure below:

   But I found that this restriction can be bypassed.   If I don't set topology.eventlogger.executors, I can directly send HTTP request package to enable topology Debug the action. Refer to the following figure for HTTP request package:
