Update the UI to use the new metrics query API

Once we have a query API and at least the same metric that go into ZK are going into the new metrics engine we should update the UI to display the metrics from the new query API where possible, and fall back on ZK when they are not available.

We want to get rid of the metrics in the heartbeats at some point soon, but to be able to support older topologies running under the newer versions of storm we will keep this code around until a 3.x build.
