Allow commons.solr.core to load additional Solr Components provided by other bundles

Solr allows to specify Components via the class name. Because of that there will be cases where the o.a.s.commons.solr.core modules does not include all classes referenced by a SolrCore configuration.

To allow users to use such components the bundle needs to be adapted to allow loading of those from other bundles
