Fix reasoner modules moved in contrib so that they can build from there

    Description

      The modules

      contrib/reasoners/hermit
      contrib/reasoners/owllink

      no longer build due to the parent POM reference that still points to the old parent as it was prior to the new versioning system.

      Also the owllink module has a dependency on the owl-link-1.2.0 API but the embedded Maven repository only contains owl-link-1.2.2
