Allow to parse the ContentItem URI by using the Content-Location header

Currently Enhancer requests can parse a specific URI for the contentItem by using the `uri=

{content-item-uri}` parameter.

This will add support for using the `Content-Location: {content-item-uri}

` HTTP header.

If a `uri` parameter is present it will override values parsed via the `Content-Location` header.
