Expose available port forwarding information at the server

In SSHD-829 we exposed useful port forwarding information on the client side - e.g., bound ports, addresses - do the same on the server side. Note: this is slightly trickier since the knowledge is "buried" inside the forwarding filter of the connection service - which is held as the currentService in the AbstractSession - although we need to make sure that it is a ConnectionService
