[ML] Spot ML Still storing flow data under ~spot/ml/flow

Having migrated to tow different ML versions, I found that the data files for netflow are still stored under the original ~/spot/ml/flow rather than the expected ~spot/spot-ml/flow/.

Looking in /etc/spot.conf I could not see a value that could be responsible.
